FARMŸNG project will participate in the prestigious International Conference on Alternative Proteins for Food and Feed in Berlin, Germany. This event brings together global leaders and innovators in the alternative protein sector to discuss the latest advancements and research in sustainable food and feed production.

During the conference, our partner CRA-W will present significant progress from Work Package 6 (WP6) on chitin dosing and the development of Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS) models, which have been instrumental in enhancing the quality assessment of insect-derived products. The team will showcase an abstract titled “Innovative Approaches for Rapid Quality Assessment of Insect-Derived Products,” .
